CHASING THE RAINBOW
Match same coloured blocks to make them disappear, and capture the target number of blocks before the time runs out to level up. Make use of combos and power-ups to help match more and more glorious Piyo Blocks.
SIX SINGLE PLAYER MODES
Now with six different single player modes, there’s a mode to suit everyone’s style of play.
• Piyo Mode - capture the target number of Piyo’s to level up
• Hyaku Mode - capture 99 or more of any Piyo type to level up
• Time Attack - 1,2, or 4 minute game, capture as many Piyo’s as you can

ONLINE MULTIPLAYER BATTLES
New to Piyo Blocks 2 is a two player battle mode, available online over Game Center, or locally via WiFi or Bluetooth. In a two battle, each combo you make adds to your Combo Bar. When the Combo Bar reaches different levels, you can unleash various attacks on your opponent. Whoever can survive the longest wins!
HIGH SCORES + ACHIEVEMENTS
With Game Center integration, you’ll never have to leave the game to view your achievements and high scores.

Piyo Blocks 2 app good for
Perfect if you have some time to kill, or if you want to challenge some friends.
This game was worth the money I spent, and would have spent more on it
Im a huge fan of Match-3 style games, but there are none better than Piyo Blocks 2. The game is highly polished both graphically and in sound design. There are 4 unique modes to play, online leaderboard through Openfeint, achievements, and an interactive main menu. This is the one game I cant seem to put down! Get it now and you wont regret it!
Yeah, its a match three game. Its an extremely Japanese match three game. To many, these are an instant turn off. However, this is one of the most varied and polished match threes Ive played on the iPod. Excellent high score and challenge support through openfeint, plenty of game modes, and a polished and attractive (though extremely Japanese) interface. Pick this up if match threes appeal to you at all and cutesy Japanese pop culture doesnt make you want to vomit.
I dont understand the "put piyo to sleep or assassinate piyo" achievements:( someone can help me plz? Very fun game btw
I personally love this game. Its better than Bejeweled, has many play modes, and is a great puzzle game. The automatic save when you exit the game is probably the best feature there is!
I got it for free on Open Faint but had I known it was this good, I would have bought it ages ago!

Some bad moments
Its a classic match-3, it doesnt add anything new to the genre. Id give it a better rating if not for the terribly slow pacing of the game, which can get on your nerves after a while.
This is a fun game. Simple and straightforward. Unless you want to play against someone. When playing someone sharing a wifi signal, it takes forever to find the other device and then several attempts to actually connect
And then about 50% of all of those games crash. Fix those issues and I would adjust my rating to 4 or 5.
Honestly, this is just another reskinned clone of any bejeweled game. Why bother? Two stars for technical effort, none for originality.
Advertising and in the middle of my game? Guys, I paid for this game. Fix that please or Ill have to contact Apple.
#1 problem, sound effects frequently dont play.
#2 is there there is no feedback on how your score compares to your previous score, so theres no sense of accomplishment for getting a high score.
#3 you cannot move tiles that are falling, making it unnecessarily difficult to make the combos that are at the heart of mastering the game.
Sound effects dont work on iOS 8 and with 8.4, the custom music option is broken.
Its a fun Match 3 game with a nice design, just wait until a fix is released before purchasing.
